Remove Tablet Input Panel (TIP) from Taskbar

Finally I've found a way to get rid of the Tablet Input Panel (TIP) short-cut from the Taskbar.

regsvr32 /u "c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\ink\tipband.dll"
